Shopping Overview

While you could spend many hours reading the Terms and Conditions (link) on how GlobalADSource will work, here are a few key points you need to know:

  • Customer Service. If you encounter any problems with your order or the site, please contact Customer Service (support@globaladsource.com) or call +1 709 753 1000 between 8 and 5 EST (email will be much easier!)
  • Refunds. There are no refunds, unless proven to be a technical fault of our Web site or delivery. If you have encountered a problem or have a question about this policy, please contact either Customer Service (support@globaladsource.com) or Billing (billing@globaladsource.com)
  • Payment. We accept both VISA and Mastercard as means of payment.
  • Account Options. While there are millions of ads in the database, there are just two really easy ways to know more. For $50 per month USD, you can subscribe to use enhanced search features of our database, or if you wish, you can click and buy. 6 month subscriptions are available for $240 and annual subscriptions are available for $360. Run some simple queries, find the ads you want, and then purchase them instantly. All fees on the Web site are in USD.
  • Subscription charges. If you subscribe mid-month, we'll only charge you for the partial month. If you cancel mid-month, you will be charged for the full month of service. We will attempt to process your cancel order within 72 hours. If you have a specific billing question, please contact Billing (billing@globaladsource.com).
  • Shipping. All items are shipped electronically to the customer via their choice of http delivery. Please note that some ads may be of a large file size (> 10 MB) and may take some time to download.
  • Copyright. Customers have no right to redistribute advertising metadata or high resolution content externally. All content is for informational purposes and internal review.
  • Privacy. While we do track aggregate user statistics (country, browser type, connection speed, queries) we will only use them to help better improve our service. We will not re-sell any of your contact information to any other party.
